Jefferson Credit Union’s 2024 Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of Jefferson Credit Union (Credit Union) will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, in Room A-420 of the Jefferson County Courthouse, located at 716 Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. North, Birmingham, AL 35203.
 
Please mark your calendar and make plans to attend this important meeting.
The Nominating Committee is using this Notice to notify you of its list of Nominees for the Board of Directors and for the Supervisory Committee. The Nominees are as follows:
 
Board of Directors (All for a three-year term)

  • Carl Johnson
Supervisory Committee (Three-year term)
  • Leonard Gedgoudas
Article V Elections
Pursuant to Article V Section 1 (B) of the By-Laws, any candidate seeking office (other than those nominated by the Nominating Committee) must submit a nomination by petition containing the signatures of at least 76 members, (1 % of the Credit Union membership) and no more than five hundred (500) signatures. No petitions shall be received after January 31, 2024. Pursuant to the By-Laws of the Credit Union, there shall be no nominations from the floor.
