The Nominating Committee is using this Notice to notify you of its list of Nominees for the Board of Directors and for the Supervisory Committee. The Nominees are as follows:

*A vacancy on the Supervisory Committee will be created if Chris Willis is elected to the Board of Directors.
Article V Elections
Pursuant to Article V Section 1 (B) of the By-Laws, any candidate seeking office (other than those nominated by the Nominating Committee) must submit a nomination by petition containing the signatures of at least 76 members, (1 % of the Credit Union membership) and no more than five hundred (500) signatures. No petitions shall be received after March 13, 2026. Pursuant to the By-Laws of the Credit Union, there shall be no nominations from the floor.
